Access to clean water becomes an even more life-threatening issue with the impacts of the pandemic. On April 2nd, Gov. Newsom issued an executive order to protect homes and small businesses from getting their water shut off - because one wonders, how is it possible to shelter at home without access to running water? 

 But long before COVID-19, existing issues with water quality have disparately impacted residents for years - some have it worse than others, why is that? ⁣
